Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Guidelines

If the customer initiates the cancellation:
 ​

  1. For in-person experiences/courses

  • 21 days before the start of the experience/course: Full refund.

  • 14 days before the start of the experience/course: 60% refund.

  • 7 days before the start of the experience/course: 40% refund.

  • 5 days before the start of the experience/course: 20% refund.

  • 3 days before the start of the experience/course: No refund.


    2. For online experiences/courses ​

  • Once payment is made for the online experience/course, the course fee is non-refundable.


​If the coach cancels the activity:

  • Full refund of the experience/course fee without any additional handling fees.

​If the experience/course is canceled due to force majeure before the start:

  • Full refund of the experience/course fee without any additional handling fees.
     

​​Explanation of Force Majeure Cancellations

  • In the event of severe natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or government announcements of office closures, the organizer will notify participants of course delays or cancellations via SMS and phone calls.

  • If the activity is canceled due to weather or other force majeure factors after arrival at the experience site or after departure, the relevant transportation, insurance, equipment rental, or other fees will be deducted before refunding the remaining fee.


How to Apply for a Refund

Please submit a valid "Refund Application"

  • Clearly explain in your refund request email why the course did not meet your needs.

  • If further information is required, please respond promptly.
     

Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 20 business days to the credit card used for payment. If you have not received the refund within this time frame, please send an email to customer service at hello@nesswellness.com for assistance.
